Hocking College Celebrates Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony
The Hocking College campus was buzzing with pride and excitement on May 6th as it hosted its Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony. Graduating students, families, faculty and staff gathered to honor the graduating class's academic achievements and hard work.
The Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremony marked a significant milestone for the graduating students, who have demonstrated dedication, perseverance and academic excellence throughout their educational journey. Hocking College President Dr. Betty Young said this year's commencement ceremony was a special occasion celebrating the achievements of our graduates who have worked hard to reach this critical milestone.
“We were thrilled to honor their accomplishments and recognize their dedication to academic excellence,” said Young. "Our graduates have overcome challenges and shown resilience in pursuing their goals. We are confident that they will make a significant impact in their respective fields."
The ceremony recognized the achievements of the graduates who had completed their studies in various fields, including arts and science, healthcare, public safety services, workforce development and natural resources. The ceremony featured keynote speakers, including distinguished members of the faculty and local community leaders.
